Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia, in the north-Eest of Spain. It is the second most populated Spanish city.
Barcelona has a Mediterranean humid climate, with drought in summer and abundant rains the rest of the year. The temperatures are hot in summer and soft in winter. In Barcelona there are two official languages: Spanish and Catalan, spoken in the whole province.

Barcelona is a fantastic city with a great variety of places to go out, like bars, restaurants, discotheques, pubs, outdoors concerts, cinemas, street markets and modern malls.

The Plaça de Catalunya is excellent center of the city, where the majority of the museums and other places of historical interest are situated. The “Ramblas” in Barcelona is a walk of 1.2 km in the downtown. Here you will see all kinds of restaurants, bars and street artists together with thousands of persons walking around until night. Barcelona offers a diversity of landscapes and has many kilometres of beaches. It offers spectacular sports possibilities of the first level.

Barcelona is a beautiful city full of history and culture, has quality and variety of museums to enjoy. It is an ideal place for a Spanish course.

Spanish School in Barcelona

In Barcelona we offer the possibility of choosing between two different schools: Gold and Silver. The Gold School is characterized by a deeper cultural experience and tradition, an even more favorable location in town, more spacious interiors, and the superior general comfort. That is why the prices for our Gold School are higher than those for our Silver School.

Spanish Courses

The Spanish Courses cover four basic areas of learning a new language which are: reading, writing, oral expression and oral comprehension. These aspects are always adjusted to the needs of the student and learning materials are used that are adapted to the age of the student and to his level of Spanish. The oral expression and communication form the base of our programs, since they are the basic requirements demanded to dominate a language. In addition the grammar and vocabulary are very important components in the lessons. All the courses, except those for complete beginners, start with a level test to ensure that you are placed in the appropriate level.

School Gold

The school occupies an entire 5-story building and is located in the heart of the center. It has 65 classrooms with big windows and many with balconies. The ground floor is dedicated to the teachers’ room, multimedia classroom, central meeting point, and a recreational area. There you can watch TV, read the newspapers, have a coffee with your fellow students, or do your homework.

School Silver

Our school has a modern and attractive design. A perfect place to study Spanish beside having all the practically new facilities, like an Internet room, cafeteria, room of study and a library. Also we offer a student card with which the student gets discounts in cinemas, theatres, for the public transport and some shops in the city.

Starting dates: every Monday all year round for all levels. Total beginners can start the 1st and 3rd Monday each month. In July and August beginners can start every Monday.
