The chosen accommodation will be available from 12:00 p.m. on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday), until 12:00 p.m. on the Saturday that follows the last day of class (Friday). Those students who for any reason (e.g. flight arrival/departure) need their accommodation to be available before and/or after the above mentioned dates can ask for it. An additional amount will be charged for any extra day needed. We do our best but we cannot guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodation due to possible unavailability of such accommodation.
Note: All information about the place and the time to pick up the keys will be sent to each student by email (or fax, if expressly required) before their arrival. In case of residence or shared flat, students should contact our central office in order to be informed about the place and the time to pick up the keys for their accommodation. In case of any doubt or further information required, each student should contact our central office.
The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 3 or more additional days of accommodation. Each student is required to respect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat administration. Should there be any damage to the premises the same student must pay the corresponding total amount.
