MADRID COLEGIO MARQUES

Residential, Home Stay & Day Camp: ages 5-18
Open during July and the first 2 weeks of August

Location: The Colegio Marqués de la Ensenada is a prestigious private school situated in the outskirts of Madrid. We converts this beautiful campus - near one of Europe's largest universities and just 15 minutes by metro from the emblematic Plaza de España – into a comfortable and active setting for our international campers.

Facilities: The Madrid Marqués Camp is completely equipped with a cafeteria, auditorium, computer room, photo lab, video/ TV room, dining room and infirmary. There is also a 24-hour reception desk, always attended by a staff member. Outdoor facilities include a well-kept garden area that opens onto a soccer field, a semi-Olympic pool, a gymnasium, a basketball court, a handball court and a tennis court.

GROUP 1: ages 5 to 10
GROUP 2: ages 11 to 14
GROUP 3: ages 15 to 18

Accommodations
The Madrid Marqués Camp offers two housing options: home stays for foreign students over 14 years old and dormitory rooms on campus . Host families provide a wonderful opportunity for students to fully  integrate themselves into the Spanish way of life. Dorm rooms are in the campus' main building, as well as a separate residence hall, and all are doubles. Students are grouped by age & gender and we attempt to mix students with peers of different nationalities, which inevitably enriches their summer experience.

Permission to Leave the Grounds
Parents may sign a permission slip allowing any student born in 1991 or before (for 2006) to leave the camp grounds without supervision. The frequency and duration of these excursions are determined by the camp director.
